Play Safely

Responsible Gaming

1. Our commitment to responsible play

Skyyechange exists to make online cricket and casino entertainment safer and simpler for Indian adults. We take that responsibility seriously. Every Skyyechange ID is intended for people who are 18 years or older, who play strictly for entertainment, and who can comfortably afford what they stake. This policy explains the tools, limits and resources we offer so you can stay in control of your play.

2. Betting is entertainment, not income

Betting outcomes are uncertain by design. Over time, the mathematical house edge and bookmaker margin mean that most players will lose more than they win. Please remember:

  • Only bet money you can genuinely afford to lose.
  • Decide a session budget before you start playing and stick to it.
  • Never chase losses with larger stakes or longer sessions.
  • Never borrow money to bet — not from banks, apps, friends or family.
  • Take regular breaks and keep betting as one small part of a balanced life.

3. Signs of problem gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Honest answers to these questions may help you understand your relationship with betting:

  • Have you spent more time or money on betting than you planned?
  • Do you feel irritable or restless when you try to cut down?
  • Have you lied to family, friends or your partner about your betting?
  • Do you bet to escape worry, loneliness or guilt?
  • Have you borrowed, sold possessions or missed bills because of betting?
  • Have you tried, and failed, to stop or control your betting?

If you answered yes to any of these — especially more than one — we strongly encourage you to take a break, use the tools below, and speak to one of the helplines listed later on this page.

4. Tools we offer

You can message the Skyyechange WhatsApp team at any time to activate any of these safeguards on your account:

  • Deposit limits — a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month.
  • Session & time limits — automatic logout after a set playing time.
  • Loss limits — a cap on net losses in a given window before further staking is blocked.
  • Reality checks — regular in-session reminders of how long you have been playing and your net balance change.
  • Market blocks — restrict access to specific sports or casino categories you find harder to control.

Limits are strict reductions, not targets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising a limit requires a 24-hour reflection period before it is applied.

5. Self-exclusion & cool-off

If you need to stop playing, you can ask us for:

  • A short cool-off of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — your account is locked, cleared balance can still be withdrawn.
  • Self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years — your account is closed, you cannot create a new one for the duration, and we remove you from marketing contact.

During cool-off or self-exclusion, we will not accept new bets or deposits from you, even if you ask. Please also consider using site-blocking tools or your phone's app-limit features to reinforce your decision.

6. Age verification & protecting minors

Skyyechange is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We may request age-verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of your account. If age cannot be verified, we close the account and return any verified balance to the registered UPI or bank account.

If you share a device with children or other adults, please:

  • Enable device PINs, biometrics or screen-time controls.
  • Never let anyone else use your Skyyechange login.
  • Install a reputable parental-control tool to block betting-related content on shared devices.

7. Help for family members

If you are worried that a family member or friend may have a gambling problem, you can:

  • Encourage them (gently and without judgement) to look at the signs listed above.
  • Share the helpline numbers in the next section — anonymous and free.
  • Message the Skyyechange team on WhatsApp with evidence of harm; where appropriate, we can review the related account for proactive support, including temporary closure in genuine welfare cases.

8. Helplines & external resources

Help is available in India and internationally. The organisations below are independent of Skyyechange and offer free, confidential support:
